We’re so passionate about making educational dreams come true that as employees, we’re each given a £200 learning allowance every year to spend on any type of learning – we’ve had employees sign up to pottery courses, boxing classes and radio presenting workshops! We celebrate our multi-national diversity through regular learning lunches and food festivities with dishes inspired by countries around the world. We know how to work hard, but we also know when it’s time to celebrate: from after-work drinks on Fridays and big birthday singalongs, to eagerly awaited office parties and team-building away days. In the office, we have an open-desk policy and support flexi work arrangements. Our aim is to create a sustainable working environment where each employee’s work-life balance is a key priority.

The team at IDP Connect always provide an outstanding level of customer service. They are very quick to respond to requests and proactively monitor the performance of our campaigns, providing advice and suggestions where necessary. They are extremely knowledgeable about the sector and current trends and always generously share their knowledge and expertise. Most importantly, we feel they understand Queen Mary as an institution and as such have our best interests as a client at heart. test
